Introduction www.petfood.com.qa also known as PFQ is from Louis Innovations (Abtikarat Louis Trading & Services), registered in Qatar under CR # 173808 & Trade License # 224360 for Software, Web Design & Engineering, eCommerce Development and launching, General Trading, Apparel & Pet Products Trading, etc. hereafter will be addressed as the Company.
User Eligibility Minors under the age of 18 years old are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website without the direct guide of parents as to help parents shop online.
Payments If you make a payment for our products or services on our website the details you enter will be directly submitted to our payment gateway provider SADAD via a secured connection in their own form and with 2-way authentication system (OTP) to ensure no breaches in between and your bank statement shall reflect our company name or SADAD for the amount that had been paid for the purchases.
We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit in Qatari Riyals (QR or ر.ق). Cash on Delivery are accepted on certain products and services, we also accept local bank transfers to CBQ Corporate Account. We are not responsible for any other bank service charges apart from our total invoiced amount against the products/services purchased.
The cardholder must be the person who places the order, makes the payment and shall retain a copy of the transaction record and Merchant policies and rules.
PFQ Reward Points We are pleased to announce that we have introduced a new benefit to our valued customers. Each 1QR that you spend in our shop, you will get a reward point. 100 reward points are equal to 1QR and you will get the option to redeem them during checkout process.

Governing Law This User Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with, Qatari law. This clause will survive any expiry or cancellation of this User Agreement for any reason.
Indemnity You agree to indemnify and hold the Company and its affiliates, officers, employees, partners, agents and suppliers harmless from any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, expenses (including reasonable legal costs and expenses), howsoever suffered or incurred due to or arising out of shopping, getting a consultation, or visiting our website or any of our physical shops, warehouses as well as if you breach this User Agreement, or violate any law or the rights of a third party.
Withdrawal of Access and/or User Account Without prejudice to any other rights and remedies of the Company under this User Agreement or at law or otherwise, the Company may limit, suspend or withdraw your User Account and / or your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason, including without limitation, breach of this User Agreement.
Providing Feedback Due to the higher number of phone calls, we have dedicated a WhatsApp Business number to provide feedback and our Customer Service Department shall response to you within the next 8 hours maximum on the working days. The Company encourages buyers on the Site to provide feedback on each product or service that they have purchased; as this helps all users know what it is like to purchase those products and if they are of good quality. Your feedback will be displayed along with your user ID on the Site on the Review tab. You cannot retract the feedback once you have left it. The Company will not be responsible or liable in any way for the feedback that you post on the Site, however, if the feedback is in anyway infringes the T&C of this Site the Administration of the Site shall remove it without any notice. You agree not to make comments that are not factual in nature including without limitation making any racist comments, using profanity, abusing another user, disrespecting another culture or any other derogatory or inappropriate comments. You further agree not to post feedback in order to solicit sales outside of the Site and not to display contact information of any person within any feedback. If you continuously receive negative feedback ratings, without prejudice to any other rights and remedies of the Company under this User Agreement or at law, we reserve the right to suspend, limit or withdraw your access to the Site and/or your User Account of the Site and based on the seriousness of the act, we may process required legal proceedings as well.
Privacy The Company takes reasonable measures (physical, organizational and technological) to safeguard against unauthorized access to your personally identifiable information and to safely store your personally identifiable information. However, the Internet is not a secure medium and the privacy of your personal information can never be guaranteed. The Company has no control over the practices of third parties (e.g., website links to this Site or third parties who misrepresent themselves as you or someone else). You agree that the Company may process your personal information that you provide to it for the purposes of providing the services on the Company and for sending marketing communications to you and that the Privacy Policy of this Site governs our collection, processing, use, and any transfer of your personally identifiable information. Furthermore, we encourage you to utilize a new password for the User Account created here, in case of a breach, your other accounts will not be compromised and we do no store any of your credit card or payment details there will not be any high risk on data theft by using our Site or Services. We have implemented a one time password process to login to PFQ user account where you do not require to have a password set for the account.
Abusing the Company or PFQ Please report problems of any kind or violations of this User Agreement to the Company. If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been violated, please notify us. Without prejudice to any other rights and remedies of the Company under this User Agreement or at law, we may limit, suspend or withdraw a user’s access to the Site and/or a user’s User Account of the Site or remove hosted content. Also, the Company can choose to take other technical and/or legal steps against users who create problems or possible legal liabilities of any kind, who infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties or who act inconsistently with this User Agreement or our policies. Our internal security systems including the AI are controlling and monitoring the User activities on site at all times to ensure this User Agreement is compiled by the Users.
Trademarks “PFQ – Pet Food Qatar” and related logos, and other words and logos on the Site are either unregistered trademarks or registered trademarks of the Company and are protected by international trademark and other intellectual property rights and laws. The Company trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not the Company nor in any manner that disparages or discredits us. All other trademarks not owned by the Company that appear on the Site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by the Company.
Disputes Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Qatar. The Customer’s responsibility is to inform PFQ directly by the official WhatsApp or by Contact Us form prior to escalating to any other 3rd party, we shall respond to you within 3 working days or else you may proceed with alternatives.
Order Processing Orders placed online by the Customer or PFQ Sales Team shall be processed within two working days; and may find ‘out of stock‘ items during processing, we kindly request you to allow us to replace the items with alternatives or you may request a full refund by cancelling the order. However, we will try to keep the site up to date & we try our best to deliver the earliest possible under the Free delivery service within Doha in selected Zones and the deliveries shall be arranged as below;
Delivery Our Free delivery service is provided in Doha (selected Zones) for QR 200 (minimum order) & above orders but for the convenience of the Customers around Doha, we still deliver in few more locations around Doha for free for the same minimum order. However, the delivery timing under the Free Delivery service shall be managed based on the available Free Delivery slots and the time shall be assigned by PFQ accordingly. As the deliveries done by land, the Customer should expect a delay or early delivery (+ or – 160 minutes). We always try to deliver the soonest we can just because we love our customers and would love to see them and their pets Happy all the time!

Returns and Exchanges The Company reserves the right to refuse a return / refund / exchange request.
Please make your claims for “damaged items on delivery” or “missing or wrong” items within 6 hours of receipt of merchandise. If you decide to return your purchase, you can do so within 14 days after your purchase. The following conditions apply:

All returned items must be in new condition (AS SOLD CONDITION, UNOPENED), in their original packaging, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
Goods must be complete, unused, and in ‘AS NEW’ condition as received at the delivery. If the packaging has been opened, we cannot process your return request.
Include the invoice with the return. If the goods are defective, please specify the defect, in a separate sheet of paper and attach it along with the invoice. Please DO NOT write or mark anywhere on the product’s factory packing (carton) or product itself. Goods must be returned if the product was defected PFQ pays the bank transfer service charges and if the product was returned by Customer’s choice the bank transfer & processing charges will be charged to the Customer by PFQ delivery/return service; which is a 2.7% of the total invoiced value + transportation, if the product has any defect, it will be a free return collection service by us. If the product is returned by Customer’s choice, the regular delivery charge will be charged for the return collection based on the Delivery Options Zones charges & within Doha a QR20 will be charged.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment or as approved by PFQ.
